Phase 1: Requirement & Solution Phase

Initial Consultation & Specification Brief

    • Determine key technical requirements: absorbent capacity (e.g., 400ml, 500ml, 800ml), raw material formulation (Calcium Chloride flakes/pellets, fragrance added, active carbon, anti-mold agents).
    • Confirm target markets, required certifications (REACH, RoHS, SDS), and budget range.
  1. OEM vs. ODM Path Selection
    • OEM Path (Original Equipment Manufacturer): Customer provides existing design specs, container molds, and packaging designs.
    • ODM Path (Original Design Manufacturer): Factory handles custom container shape/mold engineering, formula customization, moisture-absorption rate fine-tuning, and structural design.
  2. Customization Specification
    • Box & Lid: Plastic resin selection (PP/PET), container color matching, lid structure (breathable mesh/slotted), and tamper-evident foil lid customization.
    • Internal Structure: Single chamber vs. dual-chamber moisture separation, grid tray design to prevent leakage.
    • Private Label Packaging: Aluminum foil sealing film print, outer color box design, shrink-wrap options, display packaging (PDQ), and carton marking.

Phase 2: R&D, Prototyping & Sampling

  1. Mold Engineering & Prototyping
    • For ODM: 3D design rendering, CAD modeling, rapid 3D printing prototyping, and plastic injection mold building.
    • For OEM: Rapid sample prep using existing molds.
  2. Sample Testing & Validation
    • Laboratory stability testing, moisture absorption capacity measurement, seal strength test (foil seal leak protection), and transport drop tests.
    • Customer receives golden samples for final physical and functional sign-off.

Phase 3: Mass Production & Quality Control

  1. Raw Material Procurement & Inspection
    • High-purity Calcium Chloride
    • purity and moisture-content verification.
    • Food-grade / durable PP plastic granule testing.
    • Breathable membrane and sealing foil quality audit.
    • Automated Manufacturing Workflow
    • Step A: Plastic Injection Molding  – Molding precise container bodies, inner filter trays, and top covers.
    • Step B: Automatic Filling  – Dosing exact weights of desiccants (calcium chloride, fragrance beads, activated carbon).
    • Step C: Ultrasonic & Thermal Sealing – Heat-sealing the breathable film and printed aluminum foil lid to guarantee zero leakage prior to use.
    • Step D: Assembly & Outer Packaging – Snapping top lids, applying private label stickers, shrink-wrapping, and packing into export cartons.
    • In-Line & Final Quality Assurance
    • Net weight automated check-weighing.
    • Sealing integrity pressure testing (preventing leakage during ocean transit).
    • Visual inspection for plastic flashes, printing alignment, and packaging errors.
    • Phase 4: Logistics & After-Sales
    • Export Packaging & Palletization
    • Carton drop-resistance testing, moisture-proof stretch wrapping, and palletization configured for optimal shipping container space utilization.
    • Customs Clearance & Global Shipping
    • SDS (Safety Data Sheet) and transport risk assessment compliance verification for sea/air freight.
    • FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL shipping to global ports or Amazon FBA warehouses.
